2. Products and health disclaimer

• Please read the label, ingredients and directions before use.
• Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic condition, or take other medicines.
• Seek immediate medical help for severe pain, high fever, blood in urine or any emergency.
• Information given by our team on call or WhatsApp is general product guidance, not medical advice.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and discounts may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
• We accept online payments through secure payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• We may cancel orders with an obvious pricing or listing error and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders, shipping, cancellation and refunds

Order confirmation, delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Orders Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Place fake orders or give false information
• Misuse offers, coupons or COD, or repeatedly refuse COD deliveries
• Copy, scrape for resale, or misuse our content, images or trademarks

We may cancel orders or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

By sharing a review, photo or testimonial, you allow us to display it on our website and marketing, without personal contact details. By submitting your number, you agree to receive calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages about your enquiry and orders. You can opt out at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for misuse of products, use against label directions, or delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
